Mechanical Development Company, Incorporated (MDCI) was founded in 1950. Currently in the second and third generations of management, we have grown from a 600 square foot basement shop to one of the most modern and progressive shops in the field. MDCI has 60 years of experience in tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, precision parts, electrical discharge machining and experimental/prototype work, stamping, boring, milling, turning, drilling, tapping bending, grinding, shot blasting, polishing, flame cutting and plasma cutting. We also offer on site heat-treat services to achieve hardness requirements. We also offer state of the art CNC machining centers which offer the customer and economically feasible alternative to manufacturing intricate parts.
